Available at the Office

The Association has several small group studies available to loan to our churches.  Drop by the office and peruse the materials.

In addition, we have Pastor Search Materials, and training available for pastor search committees.  For your consideration; the number one job of the pastor search committee is to seek what the Lord’s will for the church. This means that the committee needs to spend time in prayer,  trying to understand the vision and long-term goals of the church, to understand its history, to deal with unresolved issues, to understand the church’s ministry context etc. After the committee has prayerfully discerned where God is leading the church, it is at this point that they ask what kind of leadership will help us get there?
